- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Came to look at a gas leak and isolated it for us promising to come back the next day due to us having a new born baby. Then said they couldnt come until next week after isolating the whole property so we had to pay more money to get another gas man out. Got the bill 13 days later (with 1 day before "late payment") with no breakdown of cost at all or bank details. When queried about the poor service I was told that I was incorrect and told to "just pay the bill".
